Web site Inside Black College Sports objective is to report the news and increase awareness  of  sports play at Historical Black Colleges and Universities. The degree to which we can accomplish the objective on an individual institution level is determined by the contribution of  that institution's Sports Information Official. Inside Black College Sports  is not about race but sports play at HBCUs and the team they play. 
So You Will Know

  • To be straight forward,  I'm not a writer therefore sporting news on this  web site will be Video Reports and releases from others who are writers.   We go to the games, report on the play and interview coaches and players.

  • We accept sporting news releases from HBCU and the teams they play.

  • We accept HBCU educational releases which are posted as resources permit.

  • Release containing a video link to a school's non-commercial web site will be include in the release.

  • The text, pictures, and video on this web site are not in the public domain and all rights are reserved to IBCS and copy write holders.

  • IBCS is a content driven web site which is not free to acquire and delivered via the web therefore measures are taken to prevent piracy such as interfering with cutting and pasting functions while on our servers.

  • Schedules, stats,  standings, times, and dates are delivered as best available information to  IBCS  and are subject to change without notice.

  • If and error is detected or suspected copy write is infringed notify the Webmaster

Video Access (VA3) for  three days or 300MB of bandwidth for $2.99

Video Access (VA3) grants a single non-exclusive license to access Audio/Video and restricted content on Inside Black College Sports /Black College Sports Online and Affiliates Web Sites  for three (3)  continuous days  or 300 MB  of  Bandwidth/ Video Content  for a non-refundable fee of $2.99 US Dollars.  

Video Access costs less than a Sunday Newspaper ,  mobile allowing  licensee to access Inside Black College Sports .com / Black College Sports Online  from  computers with a variety of connection speeds limited only by the 3 day or 300MB Bandwidth (Video Content) for a fee of just $2.99.

Video Access (VA30) 30 days or 1000 MB of bandwidth for $14.99

Video Access (VA30) grants a single non-exclusive license to access Audio/Video and restricted content on Inside Black College Sports/Black College Sports Online and Affiliates Web Sites for thirty (30) continuous days or 1000MB of Bandwidth (Video Content) for a non-refundable fee of $14.99.

License fee is non-refundable and does not confer property right to licensee.

Requirements:
(1) An e-mail address and credit /debit card.
(2) Windows Media Player and Real Player installed Licensee's on computer.
(3) Java Script enabled.

3. User Name and Password

User Name: User name will be the e-mail address of the licensee.
example : johndoe@ibcsports.com

Password: The password will be the last four digit of the receipt of payment.  Example: Receipt Number: XXYX-XXYX-YYXX-1510

Pass word & User Name
User Name johndoe@ibcsports.com 
 password 1510

Accessing Video Content
In order to access A/V material licensee must have Java Scripts enabled and Windows Media player and Real Player installed. 

Windows Internet Explorer is the recommended Browser a problem maybe experience using Fire fox to view pages and access content.

(3) To determine if your system can adequately access Audio/ Video content activate Video Report (Right) link to determine if video plays.

PAYMENT
Payment  is process by Paypal which can be made with Credit, Debit, or  Paypal account. 

(b) After  payment verification a license shall be issued by e-mail  to  e-mail address given at registration that your Licensee's Video Access is activated.  The three day / 300MB bandwidth limit begins  when the password is first used.

Inside Black College Sports/ Black College Sports Online  is updated constantly with new material and  content from several smaller web sites being incorporated.

(5) Licensee acknowledge and accept jurisdiction for any action at law is Guilford County in North Carolina and remedies at tort (Federal/State) are limited to recovery of License fee.  If any part of this agreement is ruled unlawful or constitutional this does not render the remainder null and void.   Conditions and terms subject to change without notice.

(6) Paypal is solely responsible for financial transaction.

WE always endeavor to incorporate the latest innovations into this web site. We have been  working to increase the accessibility of  sports clips on this site to those with lower bandwidth connections. Increasing accessibility  involves integrating new and  existing software,  which has proved  to be a   challenge.

Privacy Policy of  Inside Black College Sports
 No individual information will be disclosed, sold, or rented.* Web stats are collected in the normal course of business and we will make numerical totals available in our discretion to third parties for the purpose of receiving advertising.
