BRONCOS HOST LIVINGSTONE IN PIVOTAL TENNIS DOUBLEHEADER ON THURSDAY Adrian F. Ferguson 04/07/10 FAYETTEVILLE, NC – The Fayetteville State women’s tennis team needs your help. On Thursday, the Broncos (3-13, 2-11 CIAA, 1-7 Div.) will host Livingstone (0-15, 0-13 CIAA, 0-8 Div.) in a critical CIAA doubleheader at the tennis courts behind Capel Arena beginning at 1 p.m. Entering the final week of regular-season play, FSU trails St. Augustine’s by two games. The teams split a doubleheader at FSU this past Saturday. To make the CIAA tournament, the Broncos must sweep the Blue Bears and get help from Chowan, who hosts SAC on Saturday. Students, fans, faculty and alumni are encouraged to come out and support Head Coach Arie Bennett’s team. FSU closes out the regular season with a home match against the University of North Carolina at Pembroke on Saturday at 1 p.m.
