HATCH'S DOUBLE LIFTS LADY TROJANS Jim S. Junot 03/27/10 Virginia State University's Judy Hatch doubled in Brittany Jones in the eighth inning as the Lady Trojans downed Johnson C. Smith University 5-4 in a CIAA Round-Up make up game on March 27 at the VSU Softball Field in Ettrick, Va. VSU had fallen behind 4-2, but scored two runs when Jones scored on a wild pitch and Dakota Jackson scored on an Golden Bull error. The win lifted VSU to 9-13 on the year. The Lady Trojans meet Fayetteville State University on March 28 at the VSU Softball Field.
