59th Annual TSU Relays are Underway Rodney Bush 03/19/10 The 59th Annual TSU Relays kicked off this morning on the campus of Texas Southern University. Many of the top high school, college and club track and field athletes from Texas and across the nation are here to compete in the nation’s 5th largest relay. 203 teams with 3509 athletes will compete over the next two days. There are teams competing in the TSU Relays from nine states and two foreign countries.
