Reveals New Look and Unique Coverage of Ancillary Events
VIRGINIA
BEACH, Va., November 9, 2009 - The Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference
(MEAC) is proud to announce a new look to its official basketball
tournament website. The MEAC has teamed up with Streamline Technologies
to provide an attractive and fan friendly internet site where visitors
can find the latest information on the annual men’s and women’s
basketball tournament. “We are excited to unveil a new look for our MEAChoops.com website and hope the new features will provide visitors with a easier way of keeping up to date on information regarding the MEAC Men’s and Women’s Basketball Tournament,” said MEAC Commissioner Dennis Thomas.
The MEAChoops.com website will continue to provide visitors with tournament and ancillary events, including tickets, hotel accommodations, tournament brackets, and live statistics. It will also include a new array of exciting and interactive features including photo galleries, various social networking options, enhanced sponsorship opportunities and a special section highlighting the annual cheerleading championship.
The 2010 MEAC Basketball Tournament tips off on March 8-13 at the Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
