GREENSBORO, N.C. - Siobhan Riley, a broadcast news major at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, will intern with CBS News in New York this summer.

Riley’s internship with CBS starts June 7 and ends August 13. The rising senior will serve as an intern in the Newspath department, which provides full spectrum services for local affiliates to use in producing news broadcasts. Riley’s duties will include coordinating scripts, conducting preliminary interviews, shooting b-roll and carrying out clerical assignments.

A Greensboro native, Riley is affiliated with numerous organizations including Aggie Queens, Media Network, National Association of Black Journalists, The Golden Key National Honor Society, and the Student Global AIDS Campaign.
