SAVANNAH, GA – The Winston-Salem State Rams golf team will get one more taste of fall competition next week when they take part in the Savannah State Tiger Invitational. The Rams will look to round out a solid fall with some good performances in their final competition of the fall.

After finishing 14th at the Poplar Hill Intercollegiate in Farmville, VA and the Hall of Fame Black College Tournament in Atlanta, GA, the Rams will look to end the fall season on a high note when the team takes the course. The Rams’ young squad has been led by the tandem of freshman Shelton Davis and sophomore Jerrell Fields. The two have led the Rams in both tournaments this season.

The Rams will take the course on Monday and Tuesday amidst a talented field of teams, which includes host Savannah State.
