Take-a-Kid-to-the-Game-Day
this Saturday
November 22nd when
the football team
faces the Bulldogs
of Alabama A&M in
their season finale.
Children 12 and under will be admitted at no charge with a ticketed adult. |

Hotels Agree to Reduce Room
Rates for 2009 Tournament

HAMPTON, Va () - The Central
Intercollegiate Athletic
Association (CIAA) and the
Charlotte Regional Visitors
Authority (CRVA) announced that
twenty-four Charlotte area
hotels have agreed to reduce
their room rates by 15 percent
and will waive any minimum-night
stay requirements during the
2009 CIAA Tournament Week.

Alumni Hall of Fame today.
The
reception, banquet and induction
ceremony will be October 17 at
5:30 p.m., in the university
assembly center.
Bibbs and Fobbs were among five
inductees who went into the GSU
Hall under the category of
athletics. |

Brunson, from Lithonia,
Georgia, will serve as Line
Judge in the Stillman vs.
Tuskegee TV game in Tuscaloosa
on Saturday, September 20, with
kick-off at 5:00 PM CST.
Sebrina Brunson is a graduate of
Florida Atlantic University, in
Boca Raton, Florida. She began
officiating football on the
Junior Varsity and Youth level
in 1996 with her ex-husband as
away of spending quality time
together. After a while she
began perfecting her "craft" of
officiating football as a
female. |
